Building Tomorrow’s Credit Trading Network

Trumid reached out to Big Drop in search of a partner to redesign and redevelop their website. The goal of this project was to have a site optimal for engagement, doubling as a source of education for users; leading target audiences through a simplified journey that represents Trumid’s cool, clean, and modernized rebrand.

In bringing the new digital presence to life, Big Drop made sure to emphasize Trumid’s combination of technology, intuitive design and market expertise; highlighting their unique selling proposition to a wide range of audiences. The Big Drop team ensured the website would be updated with user-friendly designs, optimizing content to make information easily digestible and presentable in a way that encourages communication, excitement, and evaluation.

In order to create user journeys conducive to information discovery, we implemented an information architecture strategy that guided Trumid’s target audience members through a strategically crafted site; providing an exciting and engaging user experience that represents the new brand positioning, showcases unique company value, and overall highlights the Trumid product and technology with optimized content and visuals.

After the implementation of the strategically crafted site, we created a clean foundation for content, focusing on crafting custom illustrations to visually engage all users. With the use of interactive features and other visually dynamic custom-built content, we created an opportunity to break up text; keeping users engaged, informed, and on the site longer.

When focusing on bringing Trumid’s new brand guidelines to fruition, we made sure to showcase their innovative, technology-driven brand personality. While doing so, we were able to provide an inviting, welcoming, and cutting-edge look and feel. With the use of a new, modernized look, the updated digital presence successfully targets Trumid’s audience, providing them with efficient ways to connect to the updated platform.

Throughout this engagement, Big Drop handed off a robust, high-performing digital presence; supporting future growth and expansion. Through purposeful content usage: less text, informative visuals, and easier navigation; Big Drop delivered a digital experience that showcases Trumid’s easy-to-use trading platform built for their community of users.
