Mobile Messaging at Scale

Attentive sought the help of Big Drop to redesign and redevelop its existing website. The goal was to have a site optimal for lead generation, as well as better representing Attentive’s best-in-class product offering and business functionality to enterprise and industry-leading companies in Attentive’s target market.

In bringing Attentive's new digital presence to life, Big Drop set out to highlight the true value of Attentive’s enterprise-level platform and its unique selling proposition to prospects and clients alike. The website would be built as mobile responsive, optimizing content to make information easily digestible and presenting content in a way that encourages discovery, interest, evaluation, and conversion.

In order to create user journeys conducive to information discovery, we implemented an information architecture strategy that conveyed both the company story and the product story in a clear, digestible manner. Through bringing Attentive’s premium positioning into fruition on the new digital presence, Big Drop provided engaging content and animation to cultivate the image of a category leader and present Attentive as a SaaS solution that serves enterprise, best-in-class brands from every industry.

After implementing an information architecture strategy that would create a clean foundation for content, we then focused on creating dynamic custom illustrations to remain visually engaging with select interactive features. Through the use of iconography and other multimedia elements, we were able to break up text and keep users engaged, informed, and on the site longer.

When focusing lead generation, a primary objective for Attentive was to create a user experience that clearly articulates capabilities to audience members and guides users toward conversion. Through usage of proof points and testimonials, in addition to a robust information architecture, Big Drop was able to evoke a sense of brand credibility and excitement from audience members, keeping users engaged as they are pathed toward the Request a Demo CTA and eventual conversion.

Through this engagement, Big Drop was able to provide Attentive with a robust digital presence that doubled as a lead generation machine. Through purposeful content usage, simplified navigation and resource discovery, and the optimization of best-in-class technology; Big Drop created a digital experience for Attentive built to scale with the leaders in personalized mobile messaging.
