PartsSource sought the help of Big Drop to redesign and redevelop its existing website. The goal was to drive awareness and traffic, engage prospects, generate leads, re-engage existing customers/partners, and communicate the expanded brand promise of PartsSource to grow the company’s bottom line and increase revenue.

In bringing PartsSource’s new digital presence to life, Big Drop set out to highlight the true value of PartsSource’s evidence-based clinical resource platform that avoids cost, while improving quality of the medical device supply chain. The website would be built to convey PartsSource’s unique value, what is made possible for each audience and what they offer.

In order to create user journeys conducive to information discovery, we implemented an information architecture strategy that conveyed both the company story and the product story in a clear, digestible manner. By bringing PartsSource's premium positioning into fruition on the new digital presence, Big Drop provided engaging content and animation to cultivate the image of a category leader and present PartsSource as a SaaS solution that powers the medical device supply chain.

After implementing an information architecture strategy that provided a strong foundation for content, we focused on creating dynamic custom illustrations and interactive features to keep the user experience visually engaging. We used iconography and other multimedia elements to break up text and keep users interested, informed, and on the site for extended periods of time.

A primary goal of this engagement was to design a user experience that clearly communicates PartsSource’s capabilities to its various audiences while guiding them toward conversion. Big Drop used proof points, testimonials, and a robust information structure to create a sense of brand credibility, which helped keep users engaged as they moved toward conversion.

Through this engagement, Big Drop was able to provide PartsSource with a robust digital presence that delivers a simplified, user-friendly experience. Through purposeful content usage, simplified navigation and resource discovery, and the optimization of best-in-class technology; Big Drop created a digital experience for PartsSource that inspires their audiences (prospects, suppliers, customers, ISOs, employees), and disrupts the market while accelerating company growth.
