Eagle Product Inspection (PI) sought the help of Big Drop to redesign, redevelop and host its existing website. The goal was to seamlessly provide key information to the target audience members; optimizing content to highlight all products and services offered through a more modern and dynamic look, feel, and user experience for end users and employees.

In bringing Eagle PI’s new digital presence to life, Big Drop set out to highlight the true value of Eagle PI’s products, services, and technologies. The website would be built to support multimedia content, seamless translation capabilities, and fast page load times, with simplified ease of use.

In order to create user experiences conducive to information discovery, we implemented an information architecture strategy that conveyed both the company and product story in a clear, digestible manner. By bringing Eagle PI’s premium positioning into fruition, Big Drop provided engaging content and animation to cultivate the image of a category leader and present Eagle PI as the food industry solution that serves your production needs.

After implementing a strategy for the information architecture that would lay a clear basis for the material, we concentrated on developing dynamic custom illustrations to maintain a visually appealing experience with interactive features. We were able to break up the material and keep visitors interested, engaged, and on the website longer by incorporating iconography and other multimedia features.

When focusing on the partner portal, a primary objective for Eagle PI was to create a simplified user experience that allows users to search, upload, and download content in an easy manner. In addition, it was important for the portal to have real-time email notifications, FAQs, and muti-language functionalities. Through this engagement Big Drop was able to evoke excitement from audience members, keeping users engaged and educated about Eagle PI’s products and services.
